These terms cover access to and use of the hosted Lowbite Pixels website and browser editor. The hosted version is free to use, but that does not grant rehosting, resale or redistribution rights.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the Lowbite Pixels website and the hosted browser-based editor operated by Michael Kopacek.

2. Free use of the hosted tool

You may use the hosted version of the tool free of charge for your own personal, artistic, educational or internal project work.

Use of the hosted tool does not transfer ownership of the software and does not grant redistribution rights.

3. No redistribution or resale

Without prior written permission, you may not copy and publish the software as your own, sell the software or access to copied versions of it, rehost the tool on another domain or server, redistribute source code or modified copies, rebrand, white-label or sublicense the software, or remove copyright notices, credits or branding.

4. Intellectual property and user content

The software stays mine

The software, code, interface, branding, text, graphics and original bundled assets remain the property of Michael Kopacek unless otherwise stated.

Your created content stays yours

You retain rights in images or project content you create or edit with the tool. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of others.

5. Availability, liability and changes

The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or continued feature support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or data-loss damages arising from use of the tool.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the hosted tool after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
